Called to get a quote on 3 tires, John asked which tires I was using currently to match the current tires in which they had in stock. It was very kind and thoughtful to ask and make that suggestion. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completed well before the afternoon. Office is clean and I was immediately greeted upon arrival.
