So finding a shop that you can trust is extremely difficult. So these guys being close to my work figured I'd give them a shot on some TPMS installs and tires with an alignment. Scheduling, drop off, pick up all easy peasy and on time, much appreciated. Definitely a cut above. The work had to make two trips to the shop, had to touch up the alignment a bit and fix a wheel balance issue after the initial visit. This was no problem on their end and they took care of the concerns. This dings a bit the need of finding a trustworthy shop, but they made it right with no hassle so not too bad of a ding, keeps them in the running for follow up work down the road. Prices are in line sans one area, their "shop supplies" fee. So for said alignment and wheel work there was a $39.82 shop supplies fee on top of the on a $250 sub-total. About a 16% premium on the back side. I feel that is a lot of paper towels and gloves I paid for and that is a bit excessive for the industry and honestly just kind of a kick in the pants. I knew it was coming and agreed to it as I was here for convenience over cost, but just a thing that sticks out to me, and I get the reasoning, doesn't mean I like it. Just raise your prices and charge what the services cost without tack ons. (They do break out other "fees" like my tire disposal fee on the bill so the shop supply fees are even on top of those) So if you're gonna shop here just plan for a bit more on the back side. So for that aspect I feel the shop can be trusted they are competent and very capable and pleasant to work with, however the shop supply fees will make me shop around out of pricpal when practical. Overall I will likely use this shop in the future due to the work location convenience as well as the general professionalism and politeness while working with me and they showed they can get the job done.
