Was heading to meet friends for dinner. Realized I had multiple nails in one tire. Stopped at a competitor and was told they could not look at it till the next day because it was so close to closing time. They service writer told me to try brazzeal. Pulled in and a mechanic left the shop and was at my car as quick as it took me to get out. Told him my problem and he said that it was closing time but to talk to the manager anyway. Went in and was warmly welcomed . We went back to car to see the problem and the man that did patches joined us. He took car to see if it was patchable while we went back in for the paperwork. He told me the price if it was doable and I asked if they the same tire I stock if not. He said he could get it Monday, that if necessary they would put on spare and keep wheel, mount new tire and call so I could return when completed next week. But that was not necessary because they did patch it and I was on my way to dinner. Don’t think the whole thing took fifteen or twenty minutes. A less reputable shop would have had me buying the tire whether or not it was needed. I will be using them for all my repairs from now on.
