Great service once it was completed. Unfortunately had to wait over an hour for a technician to return to work. I guess it’s just the new normal. Businesses can’t get qualified workers to show up. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I took my car here for a second opinion after a dealership insisted I needed to replace some very expensive parts. Both the service representative and the mechanic I spoke with were very helpful and informative. They determined that I didn't yet need to replace the parts after what I felt was a very thorough diagnostic. Everything from booking the service appointment to picking up my keys was a much better experience than the dealerships where I've had work done in the past. I was looking for a Mechanic Service to replace my transmission gear shift cable. I checked around called a few businesses and the turn around time was 4-5 days. My neighbor recommended Brazzeal Automotive I called and spoke with a representative. So I had my car towed and dropped off at Brazzeal. The service was great they kept me in the loop my gear shift cable was replaced and the price was reasonable and my car was completed in one day. Very courteous and professional. I don’t like mechanics but I have to say I’m very happy with the service at Brazzeal. They have a system where they send you a text with everything that needs to get done, it has pictures of the problem and a breakdown of the cost (parts + labor). I loved this because I don’t know anything about cars and having this information helps me make educated decisions. It is a bit costly but I rather support an honest mechanic that lets me know upfront what to expect than one that takes advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I will be back for sure.

Great place for maintenance! I’ve been taking my Honda Civic here for months and never had a single complaint. The technician Nathan is always honest and very professional. I would recommend anybody that is looking for a shop to pick this one!
