John was able to spot the cause of a recurring issue that two prior shops (including the dealer) had been unable to find. It was just a flicker on the diagnostics but he was the only one with the patience and knowhow to recognize it. This was our first time in, but Brazzeals has a customer for life. 5 stars! I was getting a low pressure signal for a tire. I drove in on my lunch break and they were able to immediately determine the problem and repaired the leak in my tire at that time. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I will be back again when need of service.
