I had a flat tire coming over the Howard Franklin Bridge. They were the first tire place I came to as my tire was now at 4 psi. They were able to order me new tires and install them in just a few hours. I was on my way to a meeting and they let me use a loaner vehicle at no charge. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing new tires. Price was cheaper than what my dealership quoted at my last service visit. Professional and friendly. I have been using Brazzeal for years. They are responsive, honest, and always do great work. I went in there in my early 20s, requesting a $100+ service (I had googled and self diagnosed what I needed), and they told me that I only needed a $30 service. They could have easily taken advantage, but they were honest with me and I will never forget that. Always a great place to do business with! Very great and timely service! I was on vacation from mansfield, tx and bridgestone had told me they would take in my car at 7:00am and save my tire repair for the end of the day which is a big thumbs down, brazzeal had me in and out in 90 minutes which was incredible with pending tropical storm Elsa that day! Brazzeal always does a good job on my car. I brought it in to get my brakes done because they were feeling kind of gravelly. They started using a text service to give you updates and send pictures which is really helpful. They got the work done pretty quick from the time I approved it and I was back on the road.
