We were losing air on our tire and went 15 min prior to closing. They were very friendly and helpful. Showed us the nail in a previous patch in the tire and got a very good price for a replacement tire. I thought I needed to change both tires but the salesperson told us that I only need one since the tread on the other tire was good. My wife will now use them as our preferred choice for our auto needs. Service: Tires

Not only did Brazzeal actually have the tires I needed, there was virtually no wait which was important as I was traveling at the time. The staff was most helpful, offering whatever drink I wanted while the work was being done and a very clean and comfortable customer area to read or work on my computer. I was also struck by the number of customers that showed up with which they obviously had a very long term relationship with and their knowledge about them asking after relatives. In fact, they were so efficient that, in the short time I was there, none of the 6 or 8 other customers had to use the seating area at all! I pulled in without an appointment from out of town. Was greeted by friendly staff and was in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend! Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
