Not only did Brazzeal actually have the tires I needed, there was virtually no wait which was important as I was traveling at the time. The staff was most helpful, offering whatever drink I wanted while the work was being done and a very clean and comfortable customer area to read or work on my computer. I was also struck by the number of customers that showed up with which they obviously had a very long term relationship with and their knowledge about them asking after relatives. In fact, they were so efficient that, in the short time I was there, none of the 6 or 8 other customers had to use the seating area at all! Our tire blew out on veterans Expressway and I thought that the tire would have to be replaced for sure. I got the car over to Brazzeal’s Parking lot and left it there and left a message on their voicemail. They were able to repair the tire and did it fast! So, I didn’t have to buy a brand new expensive tire and I was driving it the next day. I pick the car up after hours so I never interacted with anyone in person. Everyone on the phone was professional and they have systems in place for you to pick your car up after hours. Service: Tires
