All the workers that I interacted with were super kind, helpful, and caring. They stayed after their closing time to assist me when I had a road side emergency. They went above and beyond to help me and my family. The drop box made my unexpected overnight situation a breeze. The service was done quickly and efficiently. My alternator shorted out causing it to catch fire. I was on my way to work so I was far from my house and didn't have any tools with me so had to get it towed there. It was the closest with good reviews. They mentioned that my battery was bad so I had to buy a new battery as well and pay for the install which I wasn't expecting because my other battery was starting my vehicle before this incident however they sent me a picture with my receipt showing battery being tested bad, making me feel better. End result, to get a reconditioned alternator and a brand new battery with a 3 year warranty came to $1,026 out the door which All in All is fair. I did ask for a little discount or help as this came unannounced like everything in life and wasn't expecting to shell out 1k right now but such is life.
