The folks at Brazzeal have always been trustworthy. One time I had an issue and Brazzeal looked up the issue found there was a warranty coverage and printed paperwork as proof to take to Honda for free service. They did this as a courtesy and said just use us in the future. They care about building relationships and I have never felt taken advantage of. If there is extra things recommended for the car when I take it in for service it is handled via text and web where you don't have to have an awkward conversation if you don't want to. Just say yes/no/or call with questions. I write this review because I trust them. Service: Oil change
