These guys are high tech and service oriented. Just gaze at all the computer monitors in the front and also notice they are all over the back as well. You can see where you are in the rotation and the place is comfortable to wait in. My car took no time and i was out in a half hour. I blew a tire. But i left very impressed with this company and will return although I live across the pond.

I've been a client at Brazzeal Automotive for 3 years, and their service is outstanding. I took my car in to repair the AC on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm. They tried to help me right away, but the issue was more complicated than expected and couldn't be fixed on the spot. They scheduled an appointment for the following Monday morning at 9:00 am. A couple of hours after dropping off my car, they sent me a text with a detailed diagnostic page, allowing me to choose which repairs to approve. Once repairs were completed, they sent me a link to pay online so I could pick up my keys from a lockbox after hours. Chris even followed up the next day by text to ensure everything was satisfactory. Of course, they fixed the issue. I highly recommend Brazzeal Automotive for their seamless and convenient customer experience!

Excellent service, clean, professional auto repair shop. The couldn't get my brakes due to back order, but I was able to get them online and they still put the on my car for me! Most automotive places will not do that. That's the kind of over the top service they provide. -Vito

After trying two places that took the car and had it for hours and didn’t do a thing to it, my girlfriend asked me to help her find a place to get some tires put on. I work next to Brazzeal so of course I thought of there. Scheduled an appt over the phone with Logan, was easy, next morning I brought the car in, dropped it off that morning with them with no problems and by 3 it was ready to go. Thoroughly pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back for other maintenance/repair issues.
