Oh sweet mystery of life, at last I've found you! Brazzeal's is incredible! Perfectly courteous and knowledgeable mechanics and employees. The owner, Chris Brazzeal, is a rare genuine gem! Not only was I taken care of in a fair, effective and efficient manner, but I also actually felt genuinely cared for. I noticed that one of my rear tires was looking badly worn before leaving for work. I knew I could make it downtown, but was worried about the commute home, so I called Brazzeal's down the street for the first time based off recommendation, and they were able to quote me over the phone and set me an appointment for that afternoon. I was recommended by my boss, and I can say that this was one of the best recommendations I ever received and I personally recommend Brazzeal's to anyone in need of auto-services! You will not be disappointed! Side note: Very clean establishment, nice chairs, free coffee and water, and there is even a little play area for small children which I thought was a nice touch even though I do not have any kids. STOP SEARCHING and GO TO BRAZZEAL'S :)

Rick and Chris are phenomenal with their smiling customer service! They happily changed my battery quickly and got me out and on the road safely! I was here 3 years ago in a pinch when my alternator died, and they got me all fixed up with a new one and new battery. This time my battery still had some warranty and they prorated me, and the cost was VERY reasonable!! I would recommend them to anyone.
