Brazzeal is great. We used to take my car to the Honda dealership for service, but I felt like they constantly tried to upsell me on work that didn't need to be done. A friend recommended Brazzeal and I haven't looked back. They have been very accommodating, professional, quick, and haven't pushed unnecessary work. Great shop. They've been unfailingly courteous and professional every time I've been, and I felt like I'm being given an honest opinion when they look at my car. Their use of technology is very nice, too. You get to see photos of the problem, sent by text, that provides clear communication. Also, it's a great location for S. Tampa people. Who doesn't drive by there sometime during the week?
