So, I went there this afternoon because I had problems driving over to Tampa this morning (I live in Winter Haven in Polk County). I got there at 4:45. I explained to the guy at the desk that I was not from the area and I was afraid to get on the Interstate because I didn't know if the tire would blow out on me on my way home. He told me that he couldn't check it, because he was all booked up for the night. He wouldn't even look at it to say, 'yes, it's safe to drive' or 'No, you need to get it changed.' I think that was very unethical. It's not like I pulled up and they were closing in 2 minutes, they didn't close for 45 minutes! I was a damsel in distress and was basically ignored.
Sierra, I apologize for the way you were treated here last night. We should have done more to try and help you and I have no excuse for our behavior. I hope you will except my apologies and if we can ever help you in the future please know that we owe you a favor. Sincerely, Chris Brazzeal
