Honest, Professional, Courteous. In two occasions while visiting Tampa from Pennsylvania I had mechanical problems with my car. They took me right in and fixed it timely so I could continue my vacation. Pricing was reasonable. When I move to Tampa they will be my auto shop. Thank you again guys

Brazzeal's is the only place where I'll take my vehicles to have work done. Don always treats me right and they always get things done in a timely manner. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need and all the work they do is high quality.

So, I went there this afternoon because I had problems driving over to Tampa this morning (I live in Winter Haven in Polk County). I got there at 4:45. I explained to the guy at the desk that I was not from the area and I was afraid to get on the Interstate because I didn't know if the tire would blow out on me on my way home. He told me that he couldn't check it, because he was all booked up for the night. He wouldn't even look at it to say, 'yes, it's safe to drive' or 'No, you need to get it changed.' I think that was very unethical. It's not like I pulled up and they were closing in 2 minutes, they didn't close for 45 minutes! I was a damsel in distress and was basically ignored.

I had a significant service done here today, having four new wheels installed with TPMS, an alignment and an oil change. Don and Chris took great care of my car and both guys went well beyond simply providing great service. I'm definitely bringing my car here the next time I need work done on my ride.

My wife had a screw in her tire, I took it in to get it plugged. No up sell, no sales pitches for additional services. They patched the tire (better than plug) and had it ready in less than an hour for a more than reasonable price. Will only be going back to them here on out.

My son's car had mechanical difficulties which resulted in having to be towed to Brazzeal's Tire & Service for repair. This is the second time I have used them. Being from out of state, I wanted to find a reliable repair shop where my son and I could feel confident in the work being done. He’s a student at the University of Tampa and I am in Maryland. Having something major happen and not being in the same state is very stressful. Tom Sharpe provided a detailed explanation of the problem and reassured me that I was making the right decision in fixing the car. He treated my son and I with courteous and professionalism. I highly recommend Brazzeal’s Tire & Service. A BIG thanks to Tom for everything. We’ll be back. Hopefully not to soon though…:)
