They did a great job of getting me situated with new tires the same day I came in. Two days later, I got a nail in my tire and took it back to them for a $30 patch job. After getting that fixed, unfortunately we had issues with the programming of my car. They claimed it to be impossible to have affected the programming of the vehicle. What I can say is that my car programming was fine before having my tires changed and it was not after being worked on. I was not made aware of the extent of the service provided, rather that the work done was solely focused around tires. I was asked to bring back the car for re-programming. Having the issue arise from their shop, I did not feel comfortable having them attempt to fix computer programming. Not being told the scope of their abilities, I opted to take the car to a European specialist for repair. Now a $30 tire repair has turned into a $110 mistake that I am absorbing.
