Excellent service, clean, professional auto repair shop. The couldn't get my brakes due to back order, but I was able to get them online and they still put the on my car for me! Most automotive places will not do that. That's the kind of over the top service they provide. -Vito

After trying two places that took the car and had it for hours and didn’t do a thing to it, my girlfriend asked me to help her find a place to get some tires put on. I work next to Brazzeal so of course I thought of there. Scheduled an appt over the phone with Logan, was easy, next morning I brought the car in, dropped it off that morning with them with no problems and by 3 it was ready to go. Thoroughly pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back for other maintenance/repair issues.

Big thank you to the Brazzeal Automotive team! Very clean and professional shop and all mechanics are ASE certified. I'm very thankful they were there. I had my water pump seize up and shred my serpentine belt and lost power steering brakes and AC. I usually go over the bridge but I stayed on 60 and made it to their shop. Big bonus was that they also had a loaner so I didn't have to try to find a rental and they had it all fixed the next day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brazzeal Auto quickly diagnosed the problem with our vehicle and worked directly with the car warranty office to start the claim for the repair. Mike led the repair effort and spent hours trying to get the warrant issues resolved. If it were not for his technical expertise and diligence we would not have received funds from the warranty.

Logan and the staff were great. Logan was very nice and professional throughout the whole process from the quote to the finished product. It was amazing to see how blazing fast he was able to get my tires which isn't a very easy size to get. Had it the very next day after I called him for my appointment. Car came out great. I am very picky with where I take my car to and let me tell you this place lived up to it's name and it's great reviews. Will definitely come back for future business. John and the staff at Brazzeal were incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the repair process. My car has a complex situation and I felt confident throughout that the research done, the estimates and photos provided were fair and helpful during the process. I’m grateful for the quick responses and ease in communication.

I was helped by Logan and he super responsive to any and all questions I had and my truck was well taken care of. I had a good amount of work done so it stayed for a few days and when I got it back it drove like it was brand new! I can’t thank the guys enough and it feels good to know my truck is running well again and I have a trustworthy place I can return to for all my oil changes, tire rotations and any other issues I may have.
